September 18, 2018 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2018-066 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Bangko Montaosa, Inc. (A Rural Bank) Change of Corporate Name The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has authorized the change of corporate name of Rural Bank of Tabuk (Kalinga Apayao), Inc. to "Bangko Montaosa, Inc. (A Rural Bank)." The Bank has registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws bearing its new corporate name and the SEC issued the pertinent certification thereon on 25 April 2018.
