September 12, 2018 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2018-064 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Rural Bank of Loboc, Inc. Change of Corporate Name The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has authorized the change of corporate name of Rural Bank of Loboc, Inc. to "Pioneer Bank (A Rural Bank), Inc." on 10 July 2018.
