CL-2018-041 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd.-Manila Branch Change of Corporate Name The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has authorized the change of corporate name of The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd.-Manila Branch to MUFG Bank, Ltd.-Manila Branch. The Branch has registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Amended License to Transact Business in the Philippines bearing its new corporate name on 23 March 2018.
