May 16, 2018 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2018-038 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : San Fernando Rural Bank, Inc. Adoption of Business Name and Style The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas authorized the adoption by San Fernando Rural Bank, Inc. of the business name and style "Safer Bank, A Rural Bank." The Bank registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) its Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws bearing the said business name and style, and the SEC issued the pertinent certification thereon.
