January 18, 2018 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2018-007 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Philippine Postal Savings Bank, Inc. Change of Corporate Name The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has approved the change of corporate name of Philippine Postal Savings Bank, Inc. to "Overseas Filipino Bank, Inc., A Savings Bank of LANDBANK." The Bank has registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Amended Articles of Incorporation bearing its new corporate name on 5 January 2018. For information and guidance. (SGD.)
