January 12, 2018 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2018-005 TO : All Banks and Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Philippine Payments Management, Inc. (PPMI) Notice is hereby given that the Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 59 dated 11 January 2018, recognized the Philippine Payments Management, Inc. (PPMI) as the payment system management body (PSMB) under the National Retail Payment System (NRPS) Framework provided in BSP Circular No. 980.
