March 9, 2017 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2017-016 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Maybank ATR Kim Eng Capital Partners, Inc. Surrender of Trust License in View of the Spin-off of its Trust Department to ATRAM Trust Corporation Please be informed that in view of the spin-off of the Trust Department of Maybank ATR Kim Eng Capital Partners, Inc. (MATRKECPI) into ATRAM Trust Corporation as approved under Monetary Board Resolution No. 458 dated 10 March 2016, MATRKECPI's trust license is automatically revoked.
