January 19, 2017 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2017-007 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Rural Bank of Balingasag (Misamis Oriental), Inc. Change of Corporate Name to BINHI Rural Bank, Inc. (Formerly: Rural Bank of Balingasag (Misamis Oriental), Inc.) The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has authorized the change of corporate name of Rural Bank of Balingasag (Misamis Oriental), Inc. to "BINHI Rural Bank, Inc. (Formerly: Rural Bank of Balingasag (Misamis Oriental), Inc.)" on 18 May 2016. The Bank registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) its Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws bearing its new corporate name and the SEC issued the pertinent certification thereon on 13 October 2016.
