May 6, 2015 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2015-030 TO : All BSP-Supervised Financial Institutions and BSP Supervised Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Consolidation between the Rural Bank of Tanza (Cavite), Inc. "Bangko Mabuhay" and the Rural Bank of Teresa (Rizal), Inc. into a New Rural Bank to be Known as "Bangko Mabuhay (A Rural Bank), Inc." The Securities and Exchange Commission registered on 21 January 2015 the consolidation between the Rural Bank of Tanza (Cavite), Inc. "Bangko Mabuhay" and the Rural Bank of Teresa (Rizal), Inc. into a new rural bank to be known as "Bangko Mabuhay (A Rural Bank), Inc." The corresponding Certificate of Authority to Operate as a rural bank was issued by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas on 23 March 2015.
