September 14, 2012 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2012-067 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Conversion/Upgrading of Enterprise Bank, Inc. (A Rural Bank) into a Thrift Bank Under its New Corporate Name "Enterprise Bank, Inc. (A Thrift Bank)" The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registered on 28 June 2012 the conversion/upgrading of Enterprise Bank, Inc. (A Rural Bank) into a thrift bank under its new SEC-approved corporate name, Enterprise Bank, Inc. (A Thrift Bank). The Bank will start its operation as a thrift bank on 1 October 2012.
