Change of Corporate Name The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has approved the change of the corporate name of the Peninsula Rural Bank, Inc. to "PENBANK, INC. (A PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT BANK) (FORMERLY: PENINSULA RURAL BANK, INC.)". The Securities and Exchange Commission has registered the Bank's Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws bearing its new corporate name on 28 October 2010.
