October 22, 2010 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2010-071 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Rural Bank of Calapan, Inc. Change of Corporate Name The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has approved the change of the corporate name of Rural Bank of Calapan, Inc. to "BANCO DE MINDORO, INC. (A RURAL BANK)". The Securities and Exchange Commission has registered the Bank's Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws bearing its new corporate name on 26 November 2009.
