August 27, 2010 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2010-056 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : CSF Rural Bank of Bayambang, Inc. Change of Corporate Name The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has approved the change of the corporate name of CSF Rural Bank of Bayambang, Inc. to "CSFIRST BANK, INC. A RURAL BANK". The Securities and Exchange Commission has registered the Bank's Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws bearing its new corporate name on 13 July 2010.
