May 31, 2010 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2010-033 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : CALYON Manila Offshore Branch Change of Corporate Name and Adoption of Trade Names The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas approved the change of the corporate name of the CALYON Manila Offshore Branch to "CREDIT AGRICOLE CORPORATE AND INVESTMENT BANK, MANILA OFFSHORE BRANCH" and adoption of the trade names, "CREDIT AGRICOLE CIB, MANILA OFFSHORE BRANCH" and "CACIB, MANILA OFFSHORE BRANCH".
