May 24, 2010 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2010-030 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Village Savings and Loan Association, Inc. Change of Corporate Name The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas approved the change of the corporate name of the Village Savings and Loan Association, Inc. to "VILLAGE BANK, INC. (A THRIFT BANK)".
