CL-2010-027 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Australia and New Zealand Banking Corporation Limited (Philippine Branch) Conversion to a Universal Bank The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 111 dated 29 January 2010, approved the upgrading of the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited to a universal bank.
