January 14, 2010 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2010-005 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Revocation of License to Operate as a Non-Stock Savings and Loan Association (NSSLA) of Caliraya-Botocan-Kalayaan Savings and Loan Association, Inc. The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 1779, dated 10 December 2009, approved the revocation of the license to operate as an NSSLA of CALIRAYA-BOTOCAN-KALAYAAN SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, INC., in view of the decision of its Board of Trustees and members to dissolve the Association following the revocation of its registration by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
