January 6, 2010 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2010-001 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Revocation of License to Operate as a Non-Stock Savings and Loan Association (NSSLA) of Tabacalera Employees Savings and Loan Association, Inc. The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 1780, dated 10 December 2009, approved the revocation of the license to operate as an NSSLA of TABACALERA EMPLOYEES SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, INC., in view of the grounds for involuntary dissolution arising from the Securities and Exchange Commission's revocation of its Certificate of Registration and the expiration of its corporate life, in accordance with Section 4651S of the Implementing Rules and Regulations for R.A.
