June 13, 2008 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2008-033 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions SUBJECT : Marikina Valley Rural Bank, Inc. Merger and Change of its Corporate Name The Securities and Exchange Commission registered on 31 March 2008 the merger of the Marikina Valley Rural Bank, Inc. (the surviving bank) with the Rural Bank of San Mateo, Inc. (the absorbed bank) and the change in former's corporate name to MVSM BANK (A RURAL BANK SINCE 1953) INC.
