July 18, 2006 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER NO. CL-2006-018 TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions with Quasi-Banking Functions SUBJECT : Merger of Bangko Pangasinan (A Rural Bank), Inc. and Rural Bank of Burgos (Pangasinan), Inc. with Bangko Pangasinan (A Rural Bank), Inc. as the Surviving Bank The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 1628 dated 04 November 2004, approved the merger of Bangko Pangasinan (A Rural Bank), Inc. and Rural Bank of Burgos (Pangasinan), Inc. with Bangko Pangasinan (A Rural Bank), Inc. as the surviving bank. The certificates of filing of the articles and plan of merger was registered/approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission on 21 February 2006.
