December 6, 2000 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved on September 22, 2000 the covering Articles and Plan of Merger, Increase in Capital Stock, Amended Articles of Incorporation, and the Amended By-Laws of the Merged Corporation, executed on July 7, 2000 by SOLIDBANK CORPORATION (Solidbank Surviving Corporation) and FIRST METRO INVESTMENT CORPORATION (FMIC Absorbed Corporation) whereby Solidbank shall be renamed "First Metro Investment Corporation."
