July 3, 2002 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER TO : Non-Bank Financial Institutions Performing Quasi-Banking Functions (NBQBs) SUBJECT : Revised Report Formats for CSOC and CSIE The Consolidated Statement of Condition (CSOC) and the Consolidated Statement of Income and Expense (CSIE) under the formatted text space delimited (.prn) pursuant to Circular Letter to all NBQBs dated August 7, 2002, as amended, shall, effective for reports as of August 31, 2002, be transmitted electronically in an EXCEL format using the following filenames: Report Title File Name File Type 1. To facilitate submission of accurate reports, SRSO shall provide the templates to the NBQBs through the corresponding ccmail or email addresses of the entities concerned. These templates include revisions in Schedule 1 (Schedule of Loans/Receivables, Trading Account Securities-Loans and Underwritten Debt Securities, TAS-Investments, Available for Sale Securities and Investments in Bonds & Other Debt Instruments) of the CSOC, as Confirmation of the electronic addresses and all other queries may be communicated to SRSO through Mrs. Milagros F.
