February 9, 1999 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER TO : All Foreign Investment Custodian Banks SUBJECT : Outstanding Balances of Registered Portfolio Investments For record and validation purposes, all custodian banks are enjoined to report quarterly to the Deputy Director, Trade and Investments Group, Foreign Exchange Department, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, all outstanding balances of Bangko Sentral Registration Documents (BSRDs) issued by each custodian bank in accordance with the attached report format, in hardcopy or for voluminous data, in computer diskettes. The report, starting with that for the quarter ended 31 March 1999, shall be submitted with in fifteen (15) banking days after the report quarter. For BSRDs covering investments in two or more different corporate stocks, the data for each corporate stock/share identity shall be indicated. (SGD.) GREGORIO R.
