June 22, 1998 BSP CIRCULAR LETTER TO : All Banks And Non-Bank Financial Intermediaries With Quasi-Banking Functions SUBJECT : Citytrust Investments Philippines, Inc. & Citytrust Finance Corporation In view of the approved mergers by and between A. Citytrust Investments Philippines, Inc. (CIPI), an investment house with quasi-banking license and BPI Leasing Corporation; and B. Citytrust Finance Corporation (CFC) a financing company with quasi-banking license and BPI Card Corporation with CIPI and CFC as the surviving corporations, effective 29 May 1998, CIPI AND CFC have changed their corporate names, duly approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission, as follows: 1.
