September 21, 2012 BOHOL PROVINCIAL ORDINANCE NO. 035-12 AMENDING PROVINCIAL ORDINANCE NO. 97-001, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE REVENUE CODE OF THE PROVINCE OF BOHOL, BY ADDING NO. 8 (FEES FOR THE USE OF THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT COASTER WHEN USED BY PRIVATE ENTITIES/ORGANIZATIONS) TO SECTION 4D.01 (RENTALS FOR THE USE OF PROPERTY OWNED BY THE PROVINCE) OF ARTICLE D (CHARGES FOR USE OF PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT FACILITIES) Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Bohol in session duly assembled "SECTION 1. Amendatory Clause. Section 4D.01 Rental for the Use of Property owned by the Province of Article D Charges for Use of Provincial Government Facilities of Provincial Ordinance No. 97-001, otherwise known as the Revenue Code of the Province of Bohol, as amended, shall be further amended by adding No. 8 Fees for the Use of the Provincial Government Coaster when used by private entities/organizations; "SECTION 2. Rates. There shall be rates imposed for the use of the Provincial Government Coaster when used by private entities/organizations, to wit: Section 4D.01. Rental for the Use of Property Owned by the Province "8. Fees for the Use of the Provincial Government Coaster when Used by private entities/organizations: Php5,000.00 for four (4) hours inclusive of fuel cost; Php8,000.00 for eight (8) hours inclusive of fuel cost; and Php1,000.00 per hour in excess of the availed rate inclusive of fuel cost" "SECTION 3. Repealing Clause. Any ordinance, its part or parts thereof, in conflict with, or inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance is hereby repealed or modified accordingly; "SECTION 4. Sponsorship, Co-sponsorship and Deliberation. This ordinance was sponsored by Hon. Bienvenido C. Molina, Jr., co-sponsored by Hon. Ramonito A. Torrefranca, Hon. Cesar Tomas M. Lopez, and the Honorable Presiding Officer, Vice Gov. Concepcion O. Lim and duly deliberated by all the Members present; "SECTION 5. Effectivity Clause.
