September 21, 2012 BOHOL PROVINCIAL ORDINANCE NO. 034-12 AMENDING PROVINCIAL ORDINANCE NO. 97-001, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE REVENUE CODE OF THE PROVINCE OF BOHOL, BY ADDING NO. 7 (a) AND (b) (MAINTENANCE/USER'S FEE FOR THE USE OF THE CPG SPORTS COMPLEX COMFORT ROOMS, CPG PARK COMFORT ROOMS, NEAR OAKBROOK COMFORT ROOMS AND CPG COMPLEX LOCKERS), TO SECTION 4D.01 (RENTAL FOR THE USE OF PROPERTY OWNED BY THE PROVINCE) OF ARTICLE D, (CHARGES FOR USE OF PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT FACILITIES) Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Bohol in session duly assembled "SECTION 1. Amendatory Clause. Section 4D.01 (Rental for the Use of Property owned by the Province) of Article D (Charges for Use of Provincial Government Facilities) of Provincial Ordinance No. 97-001, otherwise known as the Revenue Code of the Province of Bohol, shall be further amended by adding No. 7 (a) and (b) Maintenance Fee/User's Fee for the use of the CPG Sports Complex comfort rooms, CPG Park comfort rooms, Near Oakbrook comfort rooms and CPG Complex lockers, to read as follows: Section 4D.01. Rental for the Use of Property Owned by the Province "7. Maintenance/User's Fee for the use of the CPG Sports Complex Comfort rooms, CPG Park comfort rooms, Near Oakbrook Comfort rooms and CPG Complex lockers: a.) Comfort Room P5.00 per use per person b.) Locker P200.00 per month per person"; "SECTION 2. Repealing Clause. Any ordinance, its part or parts thereof, in conflict with, or inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance is hereby repealed or modified accordingly; "SECTION 3. Sponsorship, Co-sponsorship and Deliberation. This ordinance was sponsored by Hon. Bienvenido C. Molina, Jr., co-sponsored by Hon. Ramonito A. Torrefranca, Hon. Cesar Tomas M. Lopez, and the Honorable Presiding Officer, Vice Gov. Concepcion O. Lim, and duly deliberated by all the Members present; "SECTION 4. Effectivity Clause.
