SaDICE GRIPS is a graduate university sponsored by the Japanese government that aims to educate future leaders in the public policy area. Ideal candidates to the master's programs are mid-career professionals with strong leadership potential presently working in national or local governments and international organizations. For Ph.D. programs, GRIPS welcome applicants who are interested in pursuing a career as researcher or policy analyst. GRIPS offers full scholarships to selected candidates to the following programs: A. Master Programs One-Year Master's of Public Policy Program (MP1) Application deadline is on 05 December 2013 . Two-Year Master's of Public Policy Program (MP2) Application deadline is on 05 December 2013 . Public Finance Program (PF) Application deadline is on 20 February 2014 .
