The Public Management Development Program is the national government's career executive service development program, which aims to produce a corps of professional and service-oriented public officials. As with our previous calls for nomination, we are encouraging you to recommend your agency's high performing, high potential personnel occupying SG-18 to SG-24 positions. If your agency is already implementing EO No. 80, we strongly suggest that you nominate those with exemplary performance ratings. Upon admission into the Program, participants will undergo about 16 weeks of intensive residential training in DAP Tagaytay spread over five months. After this period, they will return to their agencies to implement their Re-entry Projects, which DAP will monitor for three months. And after satisfying all academic requirements of the program, scholars will be conferred a Master's Degree in Development Management by DAP. Since the Bureau of Local Government Finance has a very important role in achieving the President's Social Contract to have prioritized your institution and allocated slots to deserving personnel especially those coming from the regions.
