December 4, 2012 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 090-12 TO : All Office/Service Directors and Division Chiefs/Unit Heads of Central Office and BLGF Central Office Staff, This Bureau SUBJECT : 2012 International Anti-Corruption Day For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is a copy of Memorandum Circular from the Civil Service Commission with MC No. 21, s. 2012 regarding 2012 International Anti-Corruption Day on December 09, 2012 (Sunday). All Office/Service Directors and Division Chiefs/Unit Heads of this Bureau are hereby instructed to take note of the above and disseminate the contents to all Bureau Staff and encourage participation thereof. Tuloy ang Laban!". CcHDSA The Office of the Ombudsman as the lead agency, enjoins you to participate in this worldwide anti-corruption movement on December 9, 2012 in a rally dubbed as "March to Righteousness" to collectively demand and commit ourselves to end corruption in our country. It will be held from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. simultaneously at the Quezon Memorial Circle in Quezon City, Cebu City and Davao City. The highlight of the march will be a pledge of all leaders of all sectors to eradicate corruption, followed by a series of anti-corruption activities. Broadcast media networks have been invited to cover the event. The march will also engage families, especially the youth, to carry on the advocacy all the way to the 2013 elections, and beyond, to exhort them to vote only for candidates who uphold the ideals of integrity in all aspects of their lives.
