October 24, 2012 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 089-12 TO : All Central and Regional Directors of this Bureau, and All Others Concerned SUBJECT : Courses Offered by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to Be Held at Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Campus, Makati City For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is a copy of the letter dated September 11, 2012 of Mr. SINICHI MASUDA, Senior Representative, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), together with attachments, inviting to send nominees to the following courses: 1. Practical Project Management in Public Investment (PPM-PI) PPM-PI is conducted for three (3) days and is continuously held Bi-monthly. The next course will be in January 2013. The objective of this program is to train JICA officers and their government counterparts to improve management capacity of projects. 2. Practical Project Management in the Global Market (PPM-GM) PPM-GM course is conducted for two weeks classroom training. This course is continuously held 6 times a year, in January, March, May, July, September and November. The objective is to train JICA project officers and their government counterparts in project management and contract management. The Central and Regional Directors of this Bureau are hereby instructed to take note of the above and disseminate the contents of this Circular to Bureau Staff and others concerned.
