November 28, 2012 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 088-12 TO : All BLGF Regional Directors Provincial, City and Municipal Treasurers SUBJECT : Submission of Complete and Updated Lists of Provincial/City/Municipal Treasurers and Their Assistants and Copies of Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Networth and Disclosure of Business Interests and Financial Connections for CYs 2005 to 2011 of Provincial, City and Municipal Treasurers and Their Assistants In compliance with Department Order No. 12-2011 dated February 25, 2011 of the Secretary of Finance and in view of the Memorandum Circular No. 95-13 dated March 13, 1995 of the Office of the Ombudsman and pursuant to Section 10 of Republic Act No. 6713 known as the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees, all Provincial, City and Municipal Treasurers and their Assistants should forward two (2) copies each of their Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Networth for CYs 2005 to 2011 on or before December 15, 2012. Likewise, all Regional Directors are requested to submit an updated list of Provincial, City and Municipal Treasurers and their Assistants within their respective jurisdiction. For strict compliance.
