DEL CASTILLO OIC-Executive Director ATTACHMENT Department of Finance MEMORANDUM FOR : ALL OFFICIALS AND STAFF DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ATTACHED BUREAUS/AGENCIES (BIR, BOC, BTr, BLGF, CDA, CBAA, IC, MDFO, NTRC, PDIC, PMO, PHILEXIM, SEC) SUBJECT : GUIDELINES FOR REPRESENTING THE DOF AND GOVERNMENT IN ALL OFFICIAL CONFERENCES, CONVENTIONS AND MEETINGS DATE : SEPTEMBER 6, 2013 All officials and employees of the Department of Finance and its attached bureaus and agencies, who represent the Philippine Government, the Department and the Secretary of Finance in conferences, conventions, meetings, boards and committees in an official capacity, whether of local or international in nature, are advised of the following guidelines: aSDCIE a. Official positions to be taken on all policy issues shall be cleared with the Office of the Secretary prior to the conference or meeting. b. Post-Meeting/Post-Event reports shall be submitted to the Office of the Secretary within five (5) days after the meeting/conference/convention to apprise the Finance Secretary accordingly.
