July 16, 2013 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 075-13 TO : All BLGF and Regional Directors, Provincial, City and Municipal Treasurers SUBJECT : Reiterating BLGF Memorandum Circular No. 88-2012 Dated November 28, 2012 on the "Submission of Complete and Updated Lists of Provincial/City/Municipal Treasurers and Their Assistant and Copies of Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net worth and Disclosure of Business Interests and Financial Connections for CYs 2005 to 2011 of Provincial, City and Municipal Treasurers and Their Assistants" This is to reiterate compliance with BLGF Memorandum Circular No. 88-2012 dated November 28, 2012 on the "Submission of Complete and Updated Lists of Provincial/City/Municipal Treasurers and their Assistant and copies of Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth and Disclosure of Business Interests and Financial Connections for CYs 2005 to 2011 of Provincial, City and Municipal Treasurers and their Assistants". SCaTAc The said Memo Circular was issued in connection with Department Order No. 12-2011 dated February 25, 2011 of the Secretary of Finance and Pursuant to Section 190 of Republic Act No. 6713 known as the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees. In this regard, all Provincial, City and Municipal Treasurers and their Assistants should forward two (2) copies each of their Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth for CYs 2005 to 2012 on or before August 15, 2013 thru their respective Regional Directors who in turn are directed to submit the same to this Bureau on or before August 30, 2013. Carag Undersecretary Revenue Operations & Legal Affairs Group SUBJECT : Compliance with DOF Department Order (DO) No. 12-2011 DATE : June 20, 2013 This refers to the attached DO No. 12-2011 dated 25 February 2011, requiring all officials and employees of the Department of Finance and its attached agencies and instrumentalities to submit an additional original copy of their Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) to the Department pursuant to the mandate of the DOF's Revenue Integrity Protection Service (DOF-RIPS) to conduct lifestyle checks and to expedite the conduct of and ensure confidentiality of all its investigations. HEDSCc We note that BLGF's submission of SALNs does not include the SALNs of the Treasurers who are well within the jurisdiction of this Department. In connection thereto, please direct all Treasurers (city, provincial and municipal) to submit their respective SALNs from 2010 to 2012 and submit them to this Department together with the master list of all Treasurers as of May 31, 2013.
