September 7, 2012 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 061-12 TO : All Heads of Constitutional Bodies; Departments, Bureau Agencies of the National Government; Local Government Units (LGUs); Government Owned or Controlled Corporations with Original Charters (GOCCs); and State Universities Colleges (SUCs) SUBJECT : Free Admission to National Museum for Government Employees for the Month September 2012 For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is a copy of Announcement No. 51, s. 2012 from the Civil Service Commission dated August 30, 2012 regarding the above-captioned subject. DEL CASTILLO OIC-Executive Director ATTACHMENT Republic of the Philippines Civil Service Commission ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 51, s. 2012 Announcement TO : All Heads of Constitutional Bodies; Departments, Bureaus and Agencies of the National Government; Local Government Units (LGUs); Government-Owned or Controlled Corporations with Original Charters (GOCCs); and State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) SUBJECT : Free Admission to National Museum for Government Employees In line with the celebration of the 112th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary, the National Museum (NM), in coordination with CSC-National Capital Region through its NM Field Office, is opening its exhibitions in the Museum of the Filipino People free of charge to all government officials and employees for the whole month of September. The complementary entrance will be offered upon presentation of a valid government identification (ID) card and is non-extendible to the companions of the ID holder. This free service aims to encourage public servants to visit and view the country's rich cultural treasures that are exhibited at the said premier museum. The CSC encourages government agencies to avail of this opportunity by scheduling staggered trips to the National Museum for their employees so that they may benefit from this goodwill program.
