June 5, 2017 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 06-001-17 TO : All BLGF Central and Regional Directors SUBJECT : Department of Finance (DOF) Memorandum on Increase Security Measures in Government Offices Pursuant to President Rodrigo Duterte's Proclamation No. 216 dated 23 May 2017, declaring Martial Law in the entire Mindanao, enclosed for information and guidance of all BLGF Officials and personnel is the Department of Finance (DOF) Memorandum dated 29 May 2017 directing all attached agencies and GOCCs under the Department to "tighten and exercise increased security measures in their respective offices, especially those located in Mindanao, as the government continues to maximize its efforts to safeguard peace, order and stability in the said region." In this regard, all concerned are likewise advised to be cautious in their travels and heed the advisories of proper authorities. For strict compliance. (SGD.) NIO RAYMOND B.
