(AGIA) for the 2nd Quarter of CY 2013 For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is a copy of the letter dated March 4, 2013 of Mr. Gundelberto B. Azanza, President of the Association of Government Internal Auditors, Inc. (AGIA), inviting participants from this Bureau to attend the seminars mentioned therein.
