Beltran of the Department of Finance, informing that the commencement of the Executive Master in Development Management (E/MDM), with concentration on Public Finance shall be in September 2012, instead of May 2012, to accommodate additional applicants to the said program. The Central and Regional Directors of this Bureau are hereby instructed to take note of the above and disseminate the contents of this Circular to Bureau Staff and others concerned. We thank the attached Bureaus and Agencies that supported the program by nominating qualified applicants but we still encourage more applications especially from those agencies that have not submitted their nominees. Minimum qualification requirements are as follows: 1. A Bachelor's degree holder 2. Preferably permanent employee 3. Proficient in oral and written English 4. Must be below 55 years old Personnel who have or have not earned their master's degree and have the passion to advance their career and be experts in public finance are encouraged to apply. Accepted applicants shall be given priority to participate in short courses abroad as these will be credited as part of their course electives.
