April 26, 2017 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 04-003-17 TO : All BLGF Regional Directors, Provincial, City, Municipal Treasurers and Assistant Treasurers SUBJECT : Submission of Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Networth (SALN) In the exigency of service, this is to reiterate the compliance of all concerned with Department Order No. 12-2011 dated 25 February 2011 and Memorandum dated 20 June 2013, all of the Department of Finance (DOF), directing the submission of two (2) copies (1 copy for the BLGF Central and 1 copy for DOF) of the Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Networth (SALN) within ninety (90) days from the date required by law for the filing of SALN. Said copies of the SALN should be submitted through the BLGF Regional Directors, who in turn should submit the same to this Bureau. For strict compliance. (SGD.) NIO RAYMOND B.
