The objective of the program is to enable the participants to learn the dynamics of capital markets and the financial services. Eligibility criteria for applicants are: senior or mid-level government officials in relevant fields; bachelor's degree or its equivalent; must be proficient in written and spoken English; must be mentally and physically fit to undergo foreign travel; and below 45 years of age. The airfare, accommodation and allowances shall be provided by the Government of India under the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC/SCAAP).
