August 1, 2014 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 036-14 TO : All BLGF Central and Regional Directors for Local Government Finance, Budget/Finance Officers, Accountants, Administrative/Personnel Officers and Other Offices Concerned SUBJECT : 2nd Philippine Association for Government Budget Administration (PAGBA) Quarterly Seminar and Meeting on September 3-6, 2014 at L Fisher Hotel, Bacolod City For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is a copy of the letter of Mr. Mario L. Relampagos, President of Philippine Association for Government Budget Administration (PAGBA) dated July 14, 2014 on the above-mentioned subject with the theme "Public Financial Management and Climate Change Resiliency Towards Responsive and Transparent Governance".
