March 5, 2013 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 035-13 TO : All BLGF Central and Regional Officials and Personnel, and All Others Concerned SUBJECT : Invitation of the Philippine Women's University for Post Graduate Courses in Public Administration, Education, Social Work and Environment Management for School Year 2013-2014 For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is a copy of the letter dated February 27, 2013 of Mr. Paul John A. Bancosta, Recruitment and Admission Office, Graduate School Division, Philippine Women's University, inviting this Bureau to be part of their Government Academe Program for School Year 2013-2014, which aims to enhance the skills of public servants and become more responsive to the needs of the government and the community they serve. The program covers Post Graduate courses in Public Administration, Education, Social Work and Environment Management which can be taken ON-LINE. The Central and Regional Directors of this Bureau are hereby instructed to take note of the above and disseminate the contents of this Circular to Bureau Staff and others concerned. (SGD.)
