May 16, 2012 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 033-12 TO : All BLGF Central and Regional Directors, Provincial/City and Municipal Treasurers and Other Offices Concerned SUBJECT : Local Finance Circular No. 1-2012 Entitled: "Certificates of Maximum Borrowing and Debt Service Capacities of Local Government Units" For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is a copy of Local Finance Circular No. 1-2012 dated April 16, 2012 of the Department of Finance (DOF) regarding "Certificates of Maximum Borrowing and Debt Service Capacities of Local Government Units". All concerned are hereby instructed to take note of the above to ensure accurate and proper evaluation by the BLGF of the maximum borrowing and debt servicing capacities of the local government units.
