February 27, 2013 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 030-13 TO : All Central and Regional Directors of This Bureau, and All Others Concerned SUBJECT : Australian Government's Scholarship Program: AusAID's Australia Awards Scholarships 2014/Australia For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is a copy of the Memorandum dated February 4, 2013 of Director Lourdes Z. Santiago, Central Administration Office and Head, PCDC Secretariat, Department of Finance, inviting this Bureau to nominate candidates to the abovementioned scholarship. The Central and Regional Directors of this Bureau are hereby instructed to take note of the above and disseminate the contents of this Circular to Bureau Staff and others concerned. The Australia Awards Scholarships are highly competitive, targeting the best and brightest of Filipinos who are keen to gain new leadership, knowledge and technical skills by pursuing post-graduate degrees in Australia's world-class universities. It provides an excellent opportunity to deserving individuals who possess passion for intellectual pursuit and development work. Applicants who demonstrate the highest potential to drive development will be considered for the prestigious Australia Awards Leadership Program. Australia Awards will cover travel, study, and living expenses of the scholars. Copy of the program brochure are available from Ms. Rhodora V.
