December 14, 2015 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 029-15 TO : BLGF Regional Directors of this Bureau, Provincial, City and Municipal Treasurers and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Guidelines to Implement Executive Order No. 183 Creating a Negros Island Region (NIR) For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is a copy of the Department of Budget and Management Circular Letter No. 2015-13 dated December 1, 2015, regarding the above subject matter. The BLGF Regional Directors are hereby instructed to take note of the above and disseminate the contents to all provincial, city and municipal treasures and to all others concerned.
