October 7, 2015 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 024-15 TO : All BLGF Central and Regional Directors, This Bureau and Other Officers Concerned SUBJECT : In the Matter of Prescribing the Calendar Activities and Periods of Certain Prohibited Acts in Connection with the May 09, 2016 National and Local Election For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is a copy of DOF Memorandum dated September 16, 2015 and Comelec Resolution No. 9981 promulgated on 18 August 2015, regarding the above-captioned subject.
