September 14, 2016 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 020-16 TO : All BLGF Officials and Employees; Provincial, City, and Municipal Treasurers and Assistant Treasurers; and Others Concerned SUBJECT : Reconstitution of the Board of Personnel Inquiry and Review (BOPIR) Enclosed herewith, for information, is a copy of Department Order No. 043-2016 dated 24 August 2016 of the Secretary of Finance, reconstituting the Board of Personnel Inquiry and Review (BOPIR) . Said Department Order supersedes Department Order No. 18-2012 and takes effect immediately. Please be guided accordingly. (SGD.) NIO RAYMOND B.
