September 1, 2015 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 020-15 TO : All BLGF Central and Regional Directors, this Bureau and Other Officers Concerned SUBJECT : Directing All Heads of National Government Agencies, Including Government-Owned or Controlled Corporations, to Extend Their Full Assistance in the Transition to the Negros Island Region For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is a copy of Memorandum Circular No. 81 dated August 6, 2015 from the Office of the President regarding the above-captioned subject.
