August 11, 2015 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 019-15 TO : All BLGF Central and Regional Directors, this Bureau and Other Offices Concerned SUBJECT : Clarification on the Possibility of Filling-Up Administrative Assistant I (Secretary) and the Administrative Aide III (Driver), Both with Coterminous Status For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is a copy of CSC letter dated July 7, 2015 regarding clarification of this Bureau, on the possibility of filling up the Administrative Assistant I (Secretary) and the Administrative Aide III (Driver), both with coterminous status. The Central and Regional Directors of this Bureau are hereby instructed to take note of the reply of Ms. MA. LUISA C. LOPEZ, Director of CSC-BSP Field Office regarding the matter. Del Castillo OIC-Executive Director Bureau of Local Government Finance Manila Dear Executive Director Del Castillo: This has reference to your letter submitted to this Field Office on June 26, 2015, seeking clarification on the possibility of filling up the Administrative Assistant I (Secretary) and the Administrative Aide III (Driver), both with coterminous status, considering that most of your Regional Directors are merely designated as Officer-in-Charge or In-Charge of Office of their respective Regional Offices. ITAaHc Please be informed that the Secretary and Driver positions, which are coterminous with the official, cannot be filled-up unless the official to be served is the lawful holder of the Director positions.
