June 2, 2009 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 018-09 TO : All Bureau Officials and Personnel; Regional Directors for Local Government Finance, District Treasurers of Metropolitan Manila; Provincial, City and Municipal Treasurers and Others Concerned SUBJECT : National Youth Commission's Campaign (NYC) for the Registration of New Voters Attached for the information and guidance of all concerned, is a copy of the Memorandum from Executive Secretary Eduardo R. Ermita, dated May 14, 2009, enjoining all agencies to support the programs and activities being initiated and carried out by the National Youth Commission specifically the massive campaign for the registration of new voters. Pursuant to Commission on Elections Resolution No. 8585, the registration of voters will end on October 31, 2009. The Regional Directors of this Bureau are hereby instructed to disseminate the contents of this Circular to all Provincial, City and Municipal Treasurers within their respective jurisdiction, likewise enjoining them to observe and comply with the provisions thereof.
