August 7, 2015 BLGF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 017-15 TO : All BLGF Central and Regional Directors, this Bureau and Other Offices Concerned SUBJECT : Declaring 18 and 19 November 2015 as Special (Non-Working) Days in the National Capital Region (NCR) For the information and guidance of all concerned, attached is a copy of DOF Memorandum dated July 15, 2015 and Proclamation No. 1072 dated July 13, 2015 from the Office of the President regarding the above-captioned subject. The Central and Regional Directors of this Bureau are hereby instructed to take note of the above and disseminate the contents to all Bureau staff and other concerned offices.
